Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily needs, including mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms, common areas, and medical equipment.
- Safely transport patients, equipment, and supplies within the medical facility.
- Monitor and accurately report any changes in patient condition or behavior to nursing staff.
- Support nurses and other medical staff with basic procedures and tasks as directed.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of medical and linen supplies in patient rooms and treatment areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including infection control policies.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive environment.
