Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and mobile payments with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about products or promotions.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Monitor cash drawer to ensure it is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
- Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and general store upkeep during downtimes.
