Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport family members to and from various destinations, adhering strictly to schedules and traffic regulations.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in pristine condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and timely repairs.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and family preferences to optimize travel time.
- Assist family members with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other items as required.
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for immediate use.
- Handle all vehicle-related documentation, including insurance, registration, and licenses, ensuring they are current.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding family affairs and movements.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly to the designated family member.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety standards at all times.
- Be available for evening and weekend driving assignments as needed, with reasonable notice.
