Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments, including history taking, physical exams (as feasible via telehealth), and diagnostic interpretation.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions within the scope of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including prescribing medications, ordering tests, and referring to specialists when necessary.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment adherence.
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records (EHR) for all patient encounters.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Adhere strictly to all state and federal regulations, professional standards, and company policies related to telehealth practice.

Required Skills
- Current, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Ohio (APRN, NP-C or FNP-BC).
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
