Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including picking items, accurate packing, and proper labelling.
- Organise and maintain the dispatch area, ensuring cleanliness and efficient workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (with training).
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily dispatch targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
