Key Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of content calendars, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing content strategy.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand voice consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct research on industry-specific keywords, hashtags, and trending topics to enhance content discoverability.
- Support the development of basic graphic design elements and video content using readily available tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
