Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner, adhering to service standards.
- Monitor dining areas and guest needs, promptly clearing tables, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns.
- Process guest payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Deliver room service orders promptly and courteously to guest rooms, ensuring presentation and accuracy.
- Set up and reset dining tables and service areas, maintaining cleanliness and proper presentation standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as setting up condiments, garnishes, and drink stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
