Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including preparing tables and restocking supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a positive attitude.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
