Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport the client to various destinations as required, adhering strictly to schedules and itineraries.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle (luxury sedan/SUV) in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling maintenance/servicing.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and client preferences to ensure timely arrivals.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's movements and personal information.
- Assist the client with packages, luggage, and other personal belongings as needed.
- Manage vehicle logs, mileage, and expense reports accurately.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations rigorously.
- Remain flexible to accommodate changes in schedule or last-minute requests.
- Ensure a comfortable and secure environment for the client during transit.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Class B/C/PSV driving license with an excellent, clean driving record (minimum 5 years).
- Proven experience as a private chauffeur or executive driver.
- Exceptional knowledge of Kapenguria and surrounding West Pokot County areas, including alternative routes.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
