Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control systems continuously throughout the night shift.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all security alerts, alarms, and incidents, coordinating appropriate responses.
- Dispatch and direct mobile patrol units or emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and dispatches.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with on-site security personnel, clients, and emergency services.
- Perform system health checks and basic troubleshooting of control room equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Assist in training new control room staff when required.
- Conduct regular patrols virtually through CCTV to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage visitor access and remote gate control as per established procedures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security control room or similar surveillance role.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV monitoring software and alarm systems.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, email, incident reporting software).
- Valid PSIRA Grade C registration (or higher).
- Clean criminal record.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 12-hour shifts) and public holidays.

- First Aid and Fire Fighting certification.
