As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our client’s operations, travelling throughout Carlisle and the surrounding Cumbria region to install, maintain, and repair a variety of equipment for our diverse customer base. You will learn how to diagnose technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of systems critical to our clients’ success. Your role will involve close interaction with customers, providing them with professional, friendly, and efficient service. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to gain proficiency in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Travel to various customer sites within the Carlisle and Cumbria area to perform scheduled and unscheduled service tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using acquired knowledge and diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
- Install new equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration.
- Clearly communicate with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions in an understandable manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage and maintain company-provided tools and vehicle in excellent condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

- Full UK driving license with a clean record (essential for travel to client sites).
