Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated parking areas to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor parking lot cameras and report any suspicious behaviour or incidents promptly.
- Enforce parking regulations, issuing warnings or reporting violations as per company policy.
- Assist visitors with general inquiries, directions, or minor parking-related issues.
- Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports accurately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking facility, reporting maintenance needs.
- Act as a visible deterrent to crime and ensure a safe environment for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and local authorities when required.
- Respond to emergencies or security alerts efficiently and according to protocol.
Required Skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
