Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas efficiently.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use, cleaning, and storage.
- Report any observed maintenance needs, damages, or potential safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, company cleaning protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to assigned shift schedules, whether day or night, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and effectively, following manufacturer instructions and safety data sheets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or a similar role (minimum 6 months preferred).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, meticulous approach to all cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 kg), and repetitive motion.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic for assigned day or night shifts.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
