Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our management system.
- Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organizing of products within the warehouse.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyses as required by management.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to optimize storage and movement of goods.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Support periodic full inventory audits and year-end stocktakes.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, especially Excel).
