Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, perms, and specialized treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, hair type, and lifestyle, providing personalized recommendations.
- Provide expert advice on hair care products, routines, and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction at home.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous education and training.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Manage appointments and client records efficiently and accurately.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (minimum 2 years in a professional salon setting).
- Proficiency in various cutting techniques (e.g., precision, bob, layered), styling (e.g., blowouts, up-dos), and coloring methods (e.g., balayage, highlights, full color).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
