Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products accurately.

  • Prepare and process orders for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent stockouts or overstock situations and suggest reorder points.
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and adheres strictly to safety protocols.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for enhanced inventory management efficiency.
  • Generate comprehensive inventory reports and analyses as required by management for decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
