Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using industry-leading platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for automation opportunities.
- Create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
- Conduct thorough unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for existing RPA solutions.
- Identify and address technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of bots.
- Adhere to best practices for RPA development, including security, scalability, and reusability.
- Actively participate in agile development ceremonies and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one leading RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant RPA developer certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Blue Prism Developer).
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
