Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the designated site to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or unauthorized presence.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents following established protocols.
- Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, incidents, and observations, preparing accurate reports for management.
- Control access to the premises, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel enter and exit.
- Provide assistance to visitors and staff, offering directions and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Enforce site rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and addressing any infractions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) during critical situations, providing necessary information and support.
- Perform routine checks on security equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions.
