Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior procurement officers in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze pricing trends.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring and reconciliation.
- Assist in resolving issues related to product quality, delivery discrepancies, or invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Learn and adhere to company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
