Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards, paying close attention to detail.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms or common areas promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use and storage.
- Report lost and found items according to company procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
