Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Handle food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, ensuring proper display and freshness.
- Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and manage cash reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, restrooms, and kitchen at all times.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop as per operational guidelines.
