Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the implementation of various corporate sustainability programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and track key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) and progress against defined targets.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external sustainability reports, presentations, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments to gather data, ensure alignment, and foster sustainability awareness.
- Research and analyze best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments in sustainability.
- Support the planning and execution of internal workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities related to sustainability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability processes and data management systems.
- Manage documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping for all program activities.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB), and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
