Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and decor.
- Help with food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients under supervision.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented attractively and maintained at appropriate temperatures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with their needs during events.
- Replenish food and beverage items throughout events to ensure continuous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces, kitchen areas, and serving equipment.
- Assist with washing dishes, cleaning utensils, and storing equipment properly after events.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Transport catering supplies and equipment to and from event locations safely.
