Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft and ensure security.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for unusual activities.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or potential security risks to management.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Assist in apprehending individuals suspected of theft in accordance with company guidelines and legal procedures.
- Document incidents, complete detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of all security-related events.
- Collaborate effectively with store management, law enforcement, and other personnel when necessary.
- Provide a visible security presence to promote a safe shopping and working environment for everyone.
- Actively participate in all required training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and loss prevention awareness among all staff members.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
