Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and using designated vehicles, to maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry and exit procedures.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Report all incidents, suspicious activities, and maintenance issues in detail, maintaining accurate logbooks and incident reports.
- Provide assistance and information to tenants, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- Conduct thorough searches when required, in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) as needed during critical situations.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and alertness throughout shifts.
Required Skills
- Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification is mandatory.
- Excellent observational and communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Ability to operate CCTV and other security monitoring equipment.

- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
