Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments, tests, and analyses under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples accurately according to established protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain various laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring optimal performance.
- Record, organize, and analyze experimental data meticulously, maintaining comprehensive lab notebooks and digital records.
- Assist in the development and optimization of new experimental protocols and methodologies.
- Strictly adhere to laboratory safety protocols, quality control standards, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables, initiating reorder requests as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace at all times.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and clear communication on project progress.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of fundamental laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks and recording data.
