Job Description
We are urgently seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Personal Chauffeur to provide dedicated transportation services for a prominent private family in Abu Dhabi. This is a live-in position, offering immediate commencement for the right candidate. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe, punctual, and comfortable travel of family members to various destinations across Abu Dhabi and occasionally other Emirates. You will maintain the family’s vehicles to impeccable standards, manage schedules efficiently, and uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for family members to various appointments, events, and personal errands.
- Plan optimal routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic updates.
- Maintain the cleanliness, mechanical soundness, and presentation of assigned vehicles (e.g., luxury sedans, SUVs) at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Manage vehicle servicing, fueling, and registration renewals efficiently.
- Assist family members with luggage, shopping, and other items as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's affairs and schedule.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per family requirements.
- Assist with other reasonable household duties or errands as requested, demonstrating a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Keep detailed logs of journeys, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE driving license (Category 3 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur experience, preferably in a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
