Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport principals and their guests to various destinations across Mesa, Arizona, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain the pristine condition and cleanliness of assigned luxury vehicles, inside and out.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure, lights) and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and detailing.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, road closures, and specific time constraints to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality and discretion regarding all client affairs, schedules, and personal information.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and ensure full compliance with all local and state traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel expenditure reports.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as dictated by household needs.
- Provide a high level of customer service, anticipating needs and ensuring passenger comfort and safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively and politely with principals and household staff regarding schedules and logistics.
Required Skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a spotless driving record (no major infractions within the last 7 years).
