Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Learn to inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance with hotel quality standards.
- Support in managing inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
- Shadow and assist in training new housekeeping staff members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest service expectations.
- Help in scheduling and assigning duties to the housekeeping team, optimizing efficiency and workflow.
- Understand, implement, and monitor health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
