Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles for local and regional deliveries, ensuring optimal route efficiency.

- Respond to incoming calls and queries regarding deliveries and logistics status.
- Identify and report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues to the appropriate department.
- Support the senior dispatch team in achieving daily operational targets and improving service delivery.
Required Skills
- Secondary education (KCSE certificate or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
