Key Responsibilities

  • Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the appointment book efficiently.
  • Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and take messages with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing.
  • Collect patient co-pays and fees, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure waiting areas are tidy and welcoming.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Liaise with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and information exchange.
