Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct regular stock takes, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to secure competitive rates and maintain service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff and delivery personnel, fostering a high-performance team environment.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.

- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office Suite.
