Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs to plumbing systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other defects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Install water heaters, boilers, and other related appliances.
- Handle drain cleaning, unclogging, and sewage system maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and solutions, providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable plumbing experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
