Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers, centrifuges, pH meters, and incubators.
- Perform routine experimental procedures and analytical tests accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Record, organize, and analyze experimental data meticulously, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies and reagents.
- Dispose of chemical and biological waste properly and safely.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate findings clearly.
- Participate in laboratory meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related scientific field.
- Fundamental knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory equipment operation (e.g., pipettes, balances, centrifuges).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and experimental protocols accurately.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
