As a pivotal member of a private support team, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and comfortable transportation for principals and their guests, both within Malindi and occasionally for longer trips.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of vehicle presentation, ensuring it is always clean, fueled, and in optimal working condition. Key Responsibilities

- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, and schedule requirements, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in immaculate condition, performing regular cleanliness checks, fueling, and overseeing routine servicing and repairs.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the security and well-being of passengers at all times.
- Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records, ensuring they are current and accessible.
- Assist with luggage and other items as needed, demonstrating helpfulness and professionalism.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the private household's affairs and schedules.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight trips, based on household needs.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan driving license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of Malindi and surrounding areas, including alternative routes.
- Proven experience as an executive or private driver for a minimum of 5 years (60 months).
- Excellent defensive driving skills and knowledge of vehicle safety protocols.
