Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory and supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain precise inventory records using our internal tracking and database systems.
- Organize and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the stockroom and warehouse areas.
- Assist with preparing outgoing shipments and facilitate the internal distribution of materials to various departments.
- Monitor stock levels closely and report low inventory to procurement to ensure timely reordering and prevent stockouts.
- Identify and report damaged, faulty, or expired goods to relevant personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize stock control processes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs safely and regularly.
