Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new volunteers for various community projects.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules, assignments, and logistical requirements, ensuring optimal placement and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, providing ongoing support, guidance, and problem resolution to ensure a positive and productive experience.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions, orientation programs, and workshops for volunteers on best practices and project specifics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of volunteer hours, activities, contact information, and program outcomes using designated systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of volunteer recognition events and appreciation activities to foster a strong community spirit.
- Communicate effectively with community partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on volunteer program progress, impact metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancement, volunteer engagement strategies, and community outreach initiatives.
- Represent Career.supersecrets at community events, recruitment drives, and outreach initiatives to promote volunteerism.
- Support the development of engaging content for volunteer communications, including newsletters and social media updates.
