Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, informative, and entertaining guided tours of various durations and themes across Kado and wider Abuja.
- Provide accurate and insightful commentary on historical, cultural, and contemporary aspects of the tour locations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the entire tour duration.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including punctuality, route adherence, and effective time management.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing participant questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests, mobility, and demographics of diverse groups.
