Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials.
- Verify quantities, quality, and condition of items against purchase orders and invoices.
- Accurately label, sort, and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse or stockroom.
- Maintain precise inventory records using manual and/or digital tracking systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in inventory.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storage area.
- Prepare items for outgoing shipments or internal distribution, ensuring proper packing and documentation.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed, with training provided.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
