Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of both kitchen and dining areas, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak and off-peak times.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Manage staff lodging facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort for resident employees.
- Control operational costs, including food, labor, and utilities, to achieve budgetary targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement service improvement strategies.
