Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments, utilizing appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Perform precise picking and packing of customer orders according to established procedures and stringent quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance before packaging and final shipment.
- Prepare packages for dispatch, including precise labeling, scanning, and sorting them into designated areas for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, strictly adhering to all company safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to consistently meet daily productivity goals and operational deadlines.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following comprehensive training and certification processes.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and safely.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, counting items, and understanding instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
