Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility as required.

- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
- Observe and accurately report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental well-being to senior staff.
- Actively participate in all mandatory training and continuous professional development programs.
- Adhere strictly to individual care plans, safeguarding policies, and organisational procedures.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and empowering atmosphere, promoting residents' independence and choice.
