Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential estate, identifying and reporting any security risks or suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems diligently to detect and prevent unauthorized access or incidents.
- Control access points, verifying identity of visitors, contractors, and residents, and managing vehicular entry/exit.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations consistently and respectfully.
- Provide polite and professional assistance to residents and visitors as needed, addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Report all security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious behavior to senior security personnel.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents, property, and assets within the estate.
