Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and special requests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws and regulations, including age verification.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new drink recipes and promotions.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a hotel or high-volume bar setting.
