Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Help set up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Support the serving staff by refilling water, clearing plates, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Transport food, beverages, and equipment to and from event locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food service areas, including kitchens and dining spaces.
- Assist with dishwashing and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Support the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after service, including packing up equipment and waste disposal.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Follow instructions from catering supervisors and senior staff members efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, contributing positively to the team environment.
