Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis, and discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction structuring and strategic advisory mandates.
- Prepare detailed presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Perform industry research, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant information.
- Support senior bankers in all phases of transaction execution, from initial client contact to closing.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, legal counsel, auditors, and other third-party advisors.
- Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory changes, and relevant economic developments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and analytical tools.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundational understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint (presentation design), and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
