Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring CCTV surveillance systems and other security equipment.
- Conduct routine security patrols and checks of designated areas to identify and report any anomalies.
- Support access control procedures for visitors, staff, and contractors, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed logbooks and reports.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations according to established procedures, escalating to senior personnel as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to staff, visitors, and clients regarding security matters.
- Assist in the preparation of incident reports and provide initial support during investigations.
- Ensure all security equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and local regulations pertaining to security operations.
