Key Responsibilities
- Assist the A&R team with artist research, demo submissions, and talent scouting.
- Support marketing and promotion efforts, including drafting social media content and assisting with campaign execution.

- Perform general administrative duties such as organizing files, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for showcases, listening parties, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research on music trends, competitor activities, and emerging artists.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and taking detailed notes.
- Provide logistical support for video shoots, photoshoots, and other content creation activities.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the label's digital assets and databases.
