Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse and during transit.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including customs forms, waybills, and invoices.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, damage claims, and customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
