Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles for the delivery of goods and transportation of personnel as required.
- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and secure transportation of items.
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and other operational data.
- Load and unload goods with care, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Represent Career.supersecrets professionally at all times when interacting with clients, vendors, and the public.
- Assist with general logistics and administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and good working condition of the company vehicle.
- Promptly report accidents, incidents, or traffic violations to management and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or potential delays.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E or G Nigerian Driver's License.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in a logistics or delivery capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of Abuja road networks and traffic regulations.
- Strong navigational skills with the ability to use GPS and mapping applications effectively.
- Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to road safety rules.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
